Nice Healthcare partners with employers to offer Nice to their employees, so as long as you’re eligible for your employer’s health insurance plan, you can use Nice’s services.

When it comes to medical care, we can treat anyone over eight weeks old. For those 65 and older, Nice’s services are now available if you’re enrolled in Medicare and are eligible for your company’s health insurance plan. Due to legal restrictions, certain services for which Nice would not cover the full amount (certain prescriptions, labs, etc.) may be exempt; however, our team of Nice clinicians will always be able to provide care coordination, referrals, and a great “front door” experience for you and your dependents, regardless of their Medicare status.

To be eligible for our mental health services, you must be 18 or older. Our physical therapy services are available to those 12 and older, and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent for their first physical therapy visit.

We do not, as insurance is not necessary for our model of care. That is one of the main reasons we can make this form of healthcare so nice and affordable. In most cases, your employer has paid for your Nice Healthcare benefit, so there is no need for additional copays, premiums, or coinsurance, and there are no deductibles.

All our clinicians are board certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants. They have comprehensive knowledge, training, and expertise in their specialties, which include (but are not limited to) family practice, acute care pediatrics, dermatology, and adult geriatrics. We also provide them with a wealth of clinical resources and information to guide them in clinical decision making to ensure each patient receives exemplary care and attention, every visit. And as with everything we do, our clinicians are definitely “nice.”

All our physical therapists are doctors of physical therapy and are fully licensed. They have comprehensive knowledge, training, and expertise in their specialty, which includes musculoskeletal care. We also provide them with a wealth of clinical resources and information to guide them in clinical decision making to ensure each patient receives exemplary care and attention.

Our mental health therapy providers have diverse educational and experiential backgrounds. Each provider maintains an active license either as a social worker, counselor, or psychologist in the states in which they practice. They receive regular supervision and training in various evidenced-based practices to work with families, couples, and individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns.

If you would like to send your medical records to a provider outside of Nice, all you need to do is make a request through the chat function within the Nice app. We’ll send you a quick release of information form to fill out. Once that’s complete, we can release your records to you directly or send them to a provider outside of Nice.

Nice clinicians can prescribe hundreds of medications with no out-of-pocket costs. While we cover many common medications for free, providers will write prescriptions for non-covered medications as well. You will have to use your health insurance or pay in cash for these non-covered medications. We do not prescribe controlled substances or specially regulated medications.

You can pick up your prescriptions at any of Nice’s 60,000 in-network pharmacies, or we can have your chronic medications delivered directly to your door. The only major pharmacy we have not partnered with is Walgreens.
