During a video visit, we replicate key elements of a physical exam through visual cues, movement tests, and careful questioning. This helps us determine if virtual PT is the right fit for you. Certain conditions require hands-on therapy or physical presence for safety reasons. If virtual care isn't ideal, we'll help you find the perfect provider who can deliver the care you need.

Step 2: Personalized Treatment Plan

We work in partnership with you, the leader of your recovery team. You'll receive tailored exercises to do between our virtual check-ins (weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on your needs).

Step 3: Progress Tracking and Adjustments

Regular check-ins allow us to monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed. We believe in fine-tuning your treatment based on what is working best for you, to ensure optimal results.
